ProStead Realty, what a find! After working with a “big box” firm and paying fees every time I turned around, I thought working for a small home town office would be great, but soon found out they didn’t provide much support, the split was horrible, the systems antiquated, required office hours, not to mention the office politics.  I was frustrated and didn’t know where to go, was actually thinking of opening my own firm. Then I heard about ProStead Realty, what a breath of fresh air.  Now I feel that my efforts are rewarded, I get great support, and I can build my own business without all the frustrations of being a business owner.  Thanks to Mitch and his staff for offering such a supportive back office to get the job done.  I am now free to work from my home office, but know that Mitch and team are there to answer my questions.
